Ok, so for the past few months I have been addicted to reading blogs of people I know. Each time I happen to gaze over everyone's "latest" posts I think to myself, "Wow, if only I thought that my family was interesting enough"...then low and behold my kids do something that I think my family would find so entertaining (seeing how it happened to me and NOT them). I mean we are certainly not the type that has only sugar sprinkling from the heavens.
So I weighed the pros and the cons of having a blog. Who would read it? Who would mock it? Who would be entertained by it? So with all these questions circling around in my head I decided to just bite the bullet and run with it. Of course I can not promise to maintain our "family" blog with any consistency mind you, but I will try and keep you (my family and close friends) up to date on the latest shenanigans of the Rydeen's. I also promise to keep my posts as honest and real as possible. While I would love to only post how wonderful and loving my family is (of course) I know that all of you that know us well will see right through that charade. I will post all the good with the bad. After all you know us best. So sit back relax and enjoy!

Kelli- I love it and you are all interesting to read about and be entertained at the same time. What's the deal with Taylor at work (at first I thought she was stranded at the airport)-- are you sure that is HER punishment and not mom's? Oh and 10 points for creativity on the chairback pillow maneuver.Amber
